Terras II, also known as Terras 2 or Terras-Prime, is the homeworld of the Terran species, located in the Terran system. It is the second planet of the system, orbiting its parent star Terras, colloquially known as Helios. Terras II is the largest of the Terran system's rocky celestial bodies. It has one natural moon, Selene. It is ruled by a representative democracy known as the Terran Federation of Planets, and is known for its sprawling metropolitan cities and for headquartering some of the largest corporations dominant in the galaxy.
